These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our services, including bike rental, car rental, scuba diving, and snorkeling activities. By booking or using any of our services, you agree to comply with the terms stated below.
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices, schedules, and services may change due to weather conditions, operational requirements, or government regulations. Participants must provide accurate personal information at the time of booking.
A valid driving license is mandatory for bike rental services. The renter is responsible for the condition of the bike during the rental period. Any damage, loss, or traffic violation occurring during the rental period will be the sole responsibility of the renter.
Car rentals require a valid driving license and identity proof. The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as provided. Fuel charges, tolls, parking fees, and penalties for traffic violations are not included unless explicitly stated.
Scuba diving is subject to weather conditions, sea conditions, and instructor availability. Participants must follow all safety instructions given by certified instructors. Individuals with medical conditions such as heart issues, asthma, or pregnancy should consult a doctor before participating.
Snorkeling activities are conducted under supervision and depend on sea conditions. Participants must wear provided safety equipment and follow instructions. The service provider is not responsible for incidents caused by negligence or failure to follow safety guidelines.
Cancellation charges may apply depending on the time of cancellation and the service booked. No refunds will be issued for no-shows or last-minute cancellations. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within a reasonable time frame.
The company shall not be liable for personal injury, loss, damage, or delay caused by factors beyond its control, including natural conditions, weather changes, or third-party actions. Participation in adventure activities is at the customer’s own risk.
These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the revised terms.
